The Cerurove Magazine is on indefinite hiatus to submissions. Please do not submit here at the moment.
Read issue 4 to get the feel of what we like. We publish quarterly.
We enjoy daring, honest, and intense work that doesn’t take too much time to leave us full.
Send up to 5 poems (but really, send as many poems as you like) typed in a standard font, formatted in a .pdf or .docx to with your name, a brief-third person bio and the title of your piece(s). We ESPECIALLY welcome you to submit fiction/non-fiction/personal essays. We would love to see some art, music, video, cartoons/comic and photography. Anything creative/new works too!
If you haven't heard from us within a month, definitely feel free to query us about the status of your submission.
If we reject your work, please try us again. We adore and appreciate repeat submissions.
NOTE: The Cerurove accepts simultaneous submissions, but we request that you inform us as soon as possible if your work is published somewhere else. We do not encourage the submission of previously published work.
By submitting to The Cerurove, you grant us the right to publish your work online indefinitely, and in future anthology prints. If your work is reprinted elsewhere, we request that you credit The Cerurove Magazine as your first publication. All rights remain with the author upon publication. You are also confirming that your submitted work is your own, and does not violate copyright laws.
Currently, The Cerurove can't pay its contributors, but we are definitely working to change that.
We look forward to reviewing your submissions.
